All TSports automatic mahjong tables carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It starts on the delivery date. It covers play at home or in a staff recreation area at work. It does not cover tables in cafés, clubs, mahjong halls or other venues open to the public, or tables used for rental. It is given to the original purchaser and stays valid if you move address. It is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law, not instead of them. The sections below set out what is and is not covered.
COVERED — MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
These main parts are covered against faults present from the factory:
• Frame & body — the table frame, top and panels, against defective joints or splitting at the factory seams
• Pedestal, base & folding mechanism — the column, wheeled base and fold-up hinge, against defective welds, fixings or mechanism faults
• Motor & shuffling mechanism — against a genuine factory electrical or mechanical defect, when the failure is not caused by any of the conditions below
• Control panel & electronics — the centre panel, dice unit and wiring, against factory faults
• Internal hardware — factory-fitted bolts, brackets and structural fasteners
NOT COVERED — NORMAL WEAR & CONSUMABLE PARTS
Wear and tear on these parts is not covered. A genuine manufacturing defect in any of them is covered like any other part:
• Tiles and dice — chips, scratches and worn faces
• Felt playing surface and the Chinese chess mat
• Wheels and castors
• Cosmetic condition — scratches, scuffs, dents, chips and finish fading
NOT COVERED — DAMAGE FROM THESE CAUSES
Damage caused by any of the following is not covered. The rest of the warranty still applies:
• Liquid reaching the motor, mechanism or electronics, or use or storage outdoors or in damp
• Coins, debris or other objects falling into the mechanism, or using tiles other than the magnetic sets supplied
• Any physical tampering, modification or alteration of the table by anyone other than an authorized TSports technician
• Sitting, standing or leaning on the table, or placing heavy objects on the playing surface
• Impact, force, accidents, mishandling or transport by the customer
• Use outside the use stated at the top of this warranty
• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-original replacement parts
HOW TO CLAIM
• Send photos or a short video of the fault, with your invoice or order number, on WhatsApp to +971 55 918 4887 or by email to info@tetsports.com.
• We inspect the fault, from your photos or in person, and tell you what we found and why.
• For a covered defect we repair it or replace the faulty part free of charge. If a repair is not possible, we replace the table.
• Some parts come from the factory by sea and can take several weeks to arrive. We tell you the expected date when we confirm the claim.
