WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
Most orders arrive within 2-3 days. We group deliveries by area and run several to the same part of the city on one trip, so the exact day is confirmed with you before anything is booked. Same-day delivery can sometimes be arranged for an extra charge - ask before you order. Delivery is free on orders over AED 1,000 within Dubai and Sharjah, and AED 100 below that. Elsewhere it is charged by zone: Ajman and Umm Al Quwain AED 150, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah AED 300.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR ONLY DOMESTICALLY?
We deliver only within the UAE. For international deliveries, customers must arrange their own cargo service. We will deliver the items to the cargo company but are not responsible for the items once they are handed over to the cargo service.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Once an item has been delivered and installed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the model, size and finish carefully before ordering; our team is happy to confirm dimensions and specifications with you beforehand. Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before delivery.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Please tell us as soon as you notice, ideally before or during installation so our team can put it right on the spot. If an item arrives damaged or defective we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Manufacturing defects that appear later are covered by the 1-year limited warranty on all tables, basketball hoops and trampolines; accessories and consumables are excluded. Send us photographs and we will arrange an inspection.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
Because every table is delivered and installed by our own team, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once that is complete, and accessories and small items are non-returnable once delivered. If you are unsure about size, model or finish, talk to us before you order - we will confirm dimensions, check the space with you and make sure you get the right table. You can also cancel free of charge at any time before delivery.
