Dual Ab Wheel – Amber
A dual ab wheel with translucent yellow wheels.
Also called an ab roller. Two wheels sit side by side on the axle, so it rolls straight and stays steady.
Kneel, grip both handles and roll the wheel forward until your body is close to the floor, then pull it back with your core. Start with short rollouts from the knees and lengthen them as you get stronger.
The wheels are clear yellow, so the black spoked hub shows through, and the black handles have ridged grips.
