All TSports foosball tables carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It starts on the delivery date. It covers indoor play at home or in a staff recreation area at work. It does not cover tables in cafés, clubs, hotels or other venues open to the public, or tables used for rental. For a venue, choose one of our coin-operated tables. It is given to the original purchaser and stays valid if you move address. It is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law, not instead of them. The sections below set out what is and is not covered.
COVERED — MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
These main parts are covered against faults present from the factory:
• Cabinet & body — the main structural cabinet and panels, against defective joints or splitting at the factory seams
• Leg structure — support legs and their factory mounting, against defective welds or fixings
• Bearing housings — the fixed housings set into the cabinet, against manufacturing faults in the housing itself
• Internal hardware — factory-fitted bolts, brackets and structural fasteners
NOT COVERED — NORMAL WEAR & CONSUMABLE PARTS
Wear and tear on these parts is not covered. A genuine manufacturing defect in any of them is covered like any other part:
• Player rods / bars — bending or misalignment from force, spinning, impact or handling. A rod that is defective as made is covered
• Handles & grips — wear, cracking or loosening over time
• Players / figures — chipping, cracking or wear of the moulded men
• Bearings & bushings — wear, stiffness or noise from normal use
• Scoring units, ball returns and ball-entry mechanisms
• Balls, and any included accessories or covers
• Cosmetic condition — scratches, scuffs, dents, chips and finish fading
NOT COVERED — DAMAGE FROM THESE CAUSES
Damage caused by any of the following is not covered. The rest of the warranty still applies:
• Any physical tampering, modification, drilling, or alteration of the table by anyone other than an authorized TSports technician
• Any disassembly, re-assembly, or relocation of the table not carried out by TSports
• Liquid spills, water or damp, or use or storage outdoors
• Sitting, standing or leaning on the table, or placing heavy objects on the playing surface
• Impact, force, accidents, mishandling or transport by the customer
• Use outside the use stated at the top of this warranty
• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-original replacement parts
HOW TO CLAIM
• Send photos or a short video of the fault, with your invoice or order number, on WhatsApp to +971 55 918 4887 or by email to info@tetsports.com.
• We inspect the fault, from your photos or in person, and tell you what we found and why.
• For a covered defect we repair it or replace the faulty part free of charge. If a repair is not possible, we replace the table.
• Some parts come from the factory by sea and can take several weeks to arrive. We tell you the expected date when we confirm the claim.
