RETURNS

We do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds once an item has been delivered. You can cancel free of charge at any time before delivery.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, tell us as soon as you notice and we will repair, replace or refund it in full at our cost. Send us photographs and we will arrange an inspection.

Sent by courier. The courier charge is confirmed with you before delivery and is paid directly to the courier when your order arrives.

Collection from our showroom at Dragon Mart 1 is free.

TSports resells this product and does not manufacture it. The manufacturer provides no warranty against defects, and TSports does not add one — we will not promise cover we cannot honour.

COVERED — FAULTS PRESENT ON DELIVERY

• An item that arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or defective

• Reported within 7 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase

• Where the fault is genuine we replace the item from stock, and where there is no stock TSports raises the claim with the factory on your behalf

NOT COVERED

• Normal wear from use — an outdoor ball scuffs, that is the surface doing its job

• Damage from over-inflation, heat, sharp edges or storage

• Loss of pressure over time, which is normal on any ball

• Anything reported after the 7-day window

Please check your order on delivery. A fault that is there from the factory is visible straight away, which is why the window is short.
