RETURNS

We do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds once an item has been delivered. Confirm the model, size and finish with us before you order — we are happy to check dimensions and measure your space. You can cancel free of charge at any time before delivery.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, tell us as soon as you notice and we will repair, replace or refund it in full at our cost. Manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty stated on this page. Send us photographs and we will arrange an inspection.

Delivery is charged by zone and confirmed with you before anything is booked: Dubai AED 100 · Sharjah AED 100 · Ajman and Umm Al Quwain AED 150 · Abu Dhabi AED 300 · Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain AED 300 · Beyond Abu Dhabi, quoted. Free delivery on orders over AED 1,000 within Dubai and Sharjah.

Small orders can go by courier, or AED 50 within Dubai and Sharjah. Collection from our showroom at Dragon Mart 1 is free.

TSports resells this product and does not manufacture it. The manufacturer provides no warranty against defects, and TSports does not add one — we will not promise cover we cannot honour.

COVERED — FAULTS PRESENT ON DELIVERY

• An item that arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or defective

• Reported within 7 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase

• Where the fault is genuine we replace the item from stock, and where there is no stock TSports raises the claim with the factory on your behalf

NOT COVERED

• Normal wear from use

• Damage from impact, misuse, moisture, heat or storage

• Anything reported after the 7-day window

• Consumable and wear parts

Please check your order on delivery. A fault that is there from the factory is visible straight away, which is why the window is short.
