All TSports air hockey tables carry a 1-year limited warranty against genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal indoor recreational use only. This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser at the original delivery address and is non-transferable. The sections below define exactly what is and is not covered. Anything not expressly listed as covered is excluded.

 

COVERED — STRUCTURAL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY

These permanent, load-bearing components are protected only against defects present at the time of manufacture:

• Cabinet & body — the main structural cabinet and panels, against defective joints or splitting at the factory seams

• Leg structure — the support legs and their factory mounting, against defective welds or fixings

• Blower motor — the air blower motor against a genuine factory electrical or mechanical defect only, and only when the failure is not caused by any of the excluded conditions below

• Internal hardware — factory-fitted bolts, brackets and structural fasteners

 

NOT COVERED — WEAR, CONSUMABLE & USER-DAMAGED PARTS

These are excluded with no exception:

• Motor or electronics failure caused by liquids — any spill of water or other liquid onto, into or near the table that reaches the blower motor, fan, wiring or electronics is the single most common cause of motor failure and is never treated as a manufacturing defect

• Electronic scorers & displays — failure of the electronic scoring units, sensors or displays from misuse, impact, power surges or liquid contact

• Blocked or restricted airflow — motor strain or failure caused by dust, debris, hair or objects entering the surface holes or fan

• Playing surface — scratches, scuffs, dents, warping or wear of the high-gloss top

• Pushers / mallets, pucks, and any included accessories

• Cosmetic condition — scratches, scuffs, dents, chips and finish fading

 

VOIDS THE WARRANTY COMPLETELY

The warranty is rendered immediately void, in full, if any of the following occur:

• Any physical tampering, modification, drilling, or alteration of the table by anyone other than an authorized TSports technician

• Any disassembly, re-assembly, or relocation of the table not carried out by TSports

• Any liquid spill of any kind, or exposure to moisture, humidity or outdoor conditions

• Sitting, standing or leaning on the table, or placing heavy objects on the playing surface

• Damage from impact, force, accidents, mishandling or transport by the customer

• Use of the table beyond normal recreational play, including any commercial overuse

• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-original replacement parts

 

TSports is the sole judge of whether a fault is a covered manufacturing defect or an excluded cause. Proof of original purchase is required for any claim.
