All TSports trampolines carry a 1-year limited warranty against genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal domestic recreational use only. This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser at the original delivery address and is non-transferable. The sections below define exactly what is and is not covered. Anything not expressly listed as covered is excluded.
COVERED — STRUCTURAL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY
These permanent, load-bearing components are protected only against defects present at the time of manufacture:
• Steel frame & legs — the main frame and leg tubing, against defective welds, joints or fixings from the factory
• Enclosure poles — the net support poles and their factory-fitted mounting brackets
• Internal hardware — factory-fitted bolts, brackets and structural fasteners
• Frame coating — coating failure confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect, not from outdoor exposure
NOT COVERED — WEAR, CONSUMABLE & USER-DAMAGED PARTS
These are excluded with no exception:
• Jumping mat — stretching, thinning, tearing or UV fading of the PP mat from normal use and sun exposure
• Springs — loss of tension, stretching or rust over time
• Spring padding — splitting, fading or weathering of the PVC and PE padding
• Safety net — tearing, laddering, zip failure or UV degradation of the PE net
• Attachments — basketball hoops, monkey bars, boxing bags, swings, tents, ladders and all other accessories
• Cosmetic condition — scratches, scuffs, dents and finish fading
VOIDS THE WARRANTY COMPLETELY
The warranty is rendered immediately void, in full, if any of the following occur:
• Exceeding the stated maximum user weight, or more than one user bouncing at a time
• Any physical tampering, modification, drilling or alteration by anyone other than an authorized TSports technician
• Any disassembly, re-assembly or relocation of the trampoline not carried out by TSports
• Leaving the trampoline unanchored, or failing to secure or dismantle it in high winds
• Somersaults, stunts or any use outside normal recreational bouncing
• Damage from impact, force, accidents, mishandling or transport by the customer
• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-original replacement parts
TSports is the sole judge of whether a fault is a covered manufacturing defect or an excluded cause. Proof of original purchase is required for any claim.
