All TSports billiard tables carry a 1-year limited warranty against genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal indoor use only. This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser at the original delivery address and is non-transferable. The sections below define exactly what is and is not covered. Anything not expressly listed as covered is excluded.

COVERED — STRUCTURAL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY

These permanent, load-bearing components are protected only against defects present at the time of manufacture:

• Frame & body — the main structural frame and support legs, against defective welds or joints

• Playing bed — cracking or warping confirmed to result from a manufacturing defect, not impact or moisture

• Cushion rail bodies — manufacturing faults in the rail structure and its factory mounting

• Pockets & pocket mounts — structural fittings that fail due to a production defect

• Levelers & internal hardware — factory-fitted bolts, brackets and structural fasteners

NOT COVERED — WEAR, CONSUMABLE & USER-DAMAGED PARTS

These are excluded with no exception:

• Cloth / felt — wear, fading, tearing, staining, stretching or burns

• Cushion rubber — any loss of bounce or hardening over time from normal use

• Pocket nets / leather — fraying, stretching or tearing

• Accessories — cues, balls, chalk, racks, triangles, brushes and covers

• Cosmetic condition — scratches, scuffs, dents, chips and finish fading

VOIDS THE WARRANTY COMPLETELY

The warranty is rendered immediately void, in full, if any of the following occur:

• Any physical tampering, modification, drilling, or alteration of the table by anyone other than an authorized TSports technician

• Any disassembly, re-assembly, or relocation of the table not carried out by TSports

• Liquid spills of any kind, exposure to moisture, humidity or outdoor conditions

• Sitting, standing or leaning on the table, or placing heavy objects on the playing surface

• Damage from impact, force, accidents, mishandling or transport by the customer

• Use of the table beyond normal recreational play, including any commercial overuse

• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-original replacement parts

TSports is the sole judge of whether a fault is a covered manufacturing defect or an excluded cause. Proof of original purchase is required for any claim.
