A full-height free standing punching bag — a 175 cm PU column on a weighted base you fill with water or sand. It stands on its own, so there is no drilling, no ceiling fixing and nothing to hang. Good for straight punching, combinations and kicks, and it rocks back and rights itself so you keep working.
