All TSports table tennis tables carry a 1-year limited warranty against genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal recreational use only. This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser at the original delivery address and is non-transferable. The sections below define exactly what is and is not covered. Anything not expressly listed as covered is excluded.
COVERED — STRUCTURAL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY
These permanent, load-bearing components are protected only against defects present at the time of manufacture:
• Undercarriage & frame — the steel undercarriage and support frame, against defective welds or joints from the factory
• Leg structure — the support legs and their factory mounting, against defective welds or fixings
• Folding mechanism — the factory-fitted folding hinges and locking brackets, against defective welds in the mechanism itself
• Internal hardware — factory-fitted bolts, brackets and structural fasteners
NOT COVERED — WEAR, CONSUMABLE & USER-DAMAGED PARTS
These are excluded with no exception:
• Playing top — the weatherproof top is built for normal outdoor exposure, but warping, swelling, bowing, fading or surface change over time is normal weathering and is never treated as a manufacturing defect
• Net & posts — wear, slackening, tearing or loss
• Wheels & casters — wear, scuffing, stiffness or noise from normal rolling and use
• Locks & latches — wear or loosening of the folding locks and catches over time
• Bats, balls, and any included accessories or covers
• Cosmetic condition — scratches, scuffs, dents, chips and finish fading and weathering
VOIDS THE WARRANTY COMPLETELY
The warranty is rendered immediately void, in full, if any of the following occur:
• Any disassembly of the table not carried out by TSports
• Any physical tampering, modification, drilling, or alteration of the table by anyone other than an authorized TSports technician
• This table is weather-resistant for normal outdoor use, but submersion, standing water, flooding, or pressure-washing are not covered
• Sitting, standing or leaning on the table, or placing heavy objects on the playing surface
• Damage from impact, force, accidents or mishandling
• Use of the table beyond normal recreational play, including any commercial overuse
• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-original replacement parts
TSports is the sole judge of whether a fault is a covered manufacturing defect or an excluded cause. Proof of original purchase is required for any claim.
