All TSports table tennis tables carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It starts on the delivery date. It covers indoor play at home or in a staff recreation area at work. It does not cover tables in cafés, clubs, hotels or other venues open to the public, or tables used for rental. It is given to the original purchaser and stays valid if you move address. It is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law, not instead of them. The sections below set out what is and is not covered.
COVERED — MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
These main parts are covered against faults present from the factory:
• Undercarriage & frame — the steel undercarriage and support frame, against defective welds or joints from the factory
• Leg structure — the support legs and their factory mounting, against defective welds or fixings
• Folding mechanism — the factory-fitted folding hinges and locking brackets, against defective welds in the mechanism itself
• Internal hardware — factory-fitted bolts, brackets and structural fasteners
NOT COVERED — NORMAL WEAR & CONSUMABLE PARTS
Wear and tear on these parts is not covered. A genuine manufacturing defect in any of them is covered like any other part:
• Playing top — warping, swelling or bowing caused by water, damp, a heat source, or storage outdoors or in an unconditioned space
• Net & posts — wear, slackening, tearing or loss
• Wheels & casters — wear, scuffing, stiffness or noise from normal rolling and use
• Locks & latches — wear or loosening of the folding locks and catches over time
• Bats, balls, and any included accessories or covers
• Cosmetic condition — scratches, scuffs, dents, chips and finish fading
NOT COVERED — DAMAGE FROM THESE CAUSES
Damage caused by any of the following is not covered. The rest of the warranty still applies:
• Any disassembly of the table not carried out by TSports
• Any physical tampering, modification, drilling, or alteration of the table by anyone other than an authorized TSports technician
• Liquid spills, water or damp, or use or storage outdoors
• Sitting, standing or leaning on the table, or placing heavy objects on the playing surface
• Impact, force, accidents or mishandling
• Use outside the use stated at the top of this warranty
• Unauthorized repairs or use of non-original replacement parts
HOW TO CLAIM
• Send photos or a short video of the fault, with your invoice or order number, on WhatsApp to +971 55 918 4887 or by email to info@tetsports.com.
• We inspect the fault, from your photos or in person, and tell you what we found and why.
• For a covered defect we repair it or replace the faulty part free of charge. If a repair is not possible, we replace the table.
• Some parts come from the factory by sea and can take several weeks to arrive. We tell you the expected date when we confirm the claim.
